Terms of Service

1. Overview

wavHook ("we", "us") provides an AI-assisted video-generation service for music artists, managers, and labels. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

2. Your content

You retain ownership of content you upload (songs, images, lyrics). You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the service — generate variants, derive stems, produce deliverables, and return those results to you.

You represent that you have the rights to every file you upload, including rights to any samples, instruments, vocals, and imagery embedded in it.

3. AI outputs

Generated assets are yours to use commercially. We do not claim ownership of model outputs you produce through the service. Some underlying models we route to (via FAL.ai) carry their own license terms; see /pricing for the current model list.

4. Billing

The service is usage-based, denominated in US dollars. Balance is pre-paid; each generation debits the wallet at the listed rate (FAL raw cost × the markup multiplier shown at /pricing). Refunds for failed generations are automatic via the hold ledger. Charges are processed by Stripe; your card details never touch our servers.

Free signup credit is a promotional grant; it is non-transferable and not convertible to cash.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to generate:

• Content depicting real persons without their consent
• Content that infringes copyrights you do not own
• Content intended to deceive, harass, or defame
• CSAM, non-consensual intimate imagery, or content promoting violence

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy. Billing for terminated accounts is finalized at the time of termination.

6. DMCA

If you believe content generated or hosted by wavHook infringes your copyright, send a notice to dmca@wavhook.com including the work claimed to be infringed, the allegedly infringing URL, your contact information, and a signed good-faith statement.

7. Beta service

The service is offered as a paid beta. Features may change, outages may happen, and prices may adjust with notice. We will not retroactively charge prices higher than those in effect at the time you used the service.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages beyond the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.
